the 4.3 liter v6 is a proving motor and has been around for years my last one 180,000 on it when it died if you change the oil you will never have a problem it is a chevy, and i did want a truck but this came along on ebay and i could not pass it up i thought it was priced right wplus i have a trailer

my 98 is a beast i've had it 3yrs and besides oil change all i've ever had to do was replace the belt tensioner

Nice Chevy, whoever said that they have engine trouble obviously never took care of the engine. We've always had good luck with our 4.3's, tons of torque and very reliable engines. They run forever too, our Bravada has over 200k miles on it and it's still running strong.

Nice ride. My wife has an 01 and I had a 96 for about 4 years. They run good and are nice trucks.

Anyway, where do you St. louis guys ride at? I am always looking for new places to go.

I had a 99 and my brother still has his 01 blazer. LOVED that thing. If I wouldn't have needed a truck I'd still have it.


ran the sheet out of it and it ran like a top when I got rid of it. still miss it everytime i try to park my silverado in DC.
