I think my TCS shocks on my 450R ride better than my Elkas did on my 400EX. Next shocks I buy will be PEP's though. Won't buy Elka again for sure. Another thing, TCS compression adjusts will be a pretty good bit cheaper than Elka dual adjusts. You would probably have enough left over to get your rear done too.

How much $$$ are the TCS compared to the Elka?

Both are good shocks ( I have both) but ELKA has an advantage over TCS. ELKA has more adjustability than TCS.

I the tcs triple's and I not found a shock with as much adjustability. I love them I have ridden on elka and I have owned axis shocks. I would say the tcs are as good as any of them. they just dont have the big name and the big name riders yet. if you have any problem just send them back and they revalve for nothing. I personaly know a prorider who sent his elkas back 4 days after he got them. although he does ride on axis now

tcs recently upped their prices, a dealer of both said he now sells elka and tcs for the same price. i've always heard that the tcs's are good shocks.

i think pep is getting pretty ridiculous with the waiting time.

i love my elka's so far.

Id have to say that i race Xc, and i love my elkas to death, But TCS also seems to be a pretty good mx shock.

I'm just very curious to wonder why somone who plans on mx would buy a ZPS shock?

I know that when my elkas get sent back to elka for a rebuild, that im going to run there new Live Rate setup they have out, It seems pretty awsome, at slow or high speeds!
