Wow you have done a lot in just 18 years. (assuming you graduated HS at 18)Because in a previous thread you said you went to school for six years to be some sort of engineer or something, then rated and certified gensets for some company.....

PS did my work for 6 years of schooling and 9+ years of actual practice.

After specifying gensets for over 9 years for the Architectural firm i worked for i should think i would know a thing or 2 about electricity and generators.

1. Graduated when i was 16 (was very smart sorry)
2. Left for the US when i was 18
3. did 3 years broward community col. (now 21)
4. Started Architecture studies

During my studies i practiced as intern architect at the company i worked for, which helped alot more than actually doing the schooling.

Rating the Gensets was part of the architecture, was a all inhouse company, architecture, engineering (electrical plumbing, hvac and fire protection) so yes i had to do it all and know it all... kinda like your Haliburton company. (a one stop shop)

Did that for 9 years (3 professionally, meaning i could sign and seal the documents i did without anyone else having to approve them - Certified!) Finished working for over 100K a year after 9 years of doing it.

This brings me to age 30

Moved back to St. Maarten, and started 3 internet cafe's, made it public to foreign investors and they bought them up for huge amount.

Of which from that money i made my company i have now.

All very simple.

GM is going down the toilet as it looks, you could still take the intership at GM and get a more secure job at another auto company like Ford. But i like living in mihcigan if you ever planned on moving out here for a job. Lots of good riding conditions and tracks too :D

As for me i'm only 15 so i just do grunt work. But I'm hopefully going to sign up for the army next year or if i have a good shot at college football i'll take that route but i've got a lot of other options so i'll just wait and see where i want to go.

Me and my bro are working at a New Yorker's house he has up here just 2 miles away from us. Just fixing up his yard/minor landscaping.
Best part of the job? 1. He is never home during the week, so we do not deal with a boss. 2. We make our own hrs (can work 30, 40, 50, none... etc whatever- he doesnt care (We just do 40). 3. We ride our quads to get to his house and use his to haul stuff.

I also work at a convenient store for 21hrs. each week. I look forward to college in the fall, it will be such a break! I have no time to do much during the summer-- I have worked 4-11 EVERY Sat. this summer, Damn it:mad: Lol.

raptorrider don't worry, some people are just stupid.

I'm 17 and work as a stock boy at a grocery store called Super-Valu, but I also do a lot of the manager's jobs because they are half retarded. Sadly, like at most places I work at I've moved up the ladder quite quickly in not even a year and I make as much money as people who have been working there almost 4 years (which still isn't that much money). Once I'm 18 I am told I will be promoted to manager if I don't go off to college. It's kinda cool though to look at the sales of the week and everyday that I work, sales are up a lot compared to days I don't work. Our store is also making the most sales even though we're the smallest of the branch of Super-Valu's. Another amazing thing is that a Super Wal-Mart was put in about two months ago near our store and our sales have climbed back up. This week we were $1300 above what we made last year this week. This is amazing because 80% of all small stores close down that are within 30 miles of a Super Wal-Mart.

Well, there you go...pretty much everything there is about where I work at.

14, I work with my uncle/boss, and another guy in autobody shop. My uncle and I do most of the hard work (welding, bondoing, sanding, fiberglassing, ect..) and the other guy helps us everynow and then. I do most of the easy stuff, sandin, blocking, D/Aing, running wires, had to hook up some air bag line yesterday, clean the guns, ect. Bad thing is you dont have a paycheck everyweek, you get paid when you get a job done and when the job is paid for. But sometimes you may get 800-1000 dollars off of one job (of course I don't, were not that big of a shop). That pretty much sums it up, and if you want proof I will be more than happy to show you pics of the most recent job we did.
