my thoughts

I live in central Arkansas and have been camping riding huntin and exploring the trails and creeks of the ozarks since i can remember. I respect this land and the people who respectfully use it and share it as well. I like pitchin tents and sittin around the camp fire. I like wade fishing the cool creeks in the hot summer and hunting the hot spots in the cool autumn. I enjoy cruisin on the atv trails and floating the white waters. Whether i am defying death in a class III rapid or relaxing on the seat of my quad listening to nature, it is all the same to me. I can be setting at a creek side gravel bar with my freinds after a long ride and chat with the kayakers and rafters floatin on the creek, or the horse back riders and hikers. Theres one thing in common about all of them is they are each in there serenity just as i am. I enjoy the times like these that i cant seem to get enough of.
One thing i have never liked is the ******* people who try to take all of this away from us.

i hear ya man, there alot of nice places around me that have been taken away from us. they eather get developed or people who dont like us riders go out on our trails and cut down trees so they fall accross the trails so we cant get threw or the put nails in boards and barry them in the mud. some even go so low as to run unmarked cables across trails. one rider almost got killed from one of those wires. us riders dont tear up the land or litter we just cruise around not bothering anyone

everyone thinks they need to clear forrests and start builing companies and all kinds of stuff, so they can get money,money,money. Like, around here, their are some worn down trashy old abandoned buildings and lots, that just sit their, yet theyre going around, and wiping out forrests to build new skyscrapers and offices, and sh*t. Why dont they just doze down the abandoned places, and rebuild/improve the area. I used to love this town, but now theirs hardly any woods left at all around here, it keeps growing
