Removal of Neutral Light and Key Switch

I need to know how to remove these two things so I can take off the front plastic.

Are you just wanting to disconnect them so you can temporarialy remove the front plastic? Actually you cant tilt the front forward with them connected and get enought room for almost anything. But if you want the plastic off just undo the wire connectors underneath, I think there are three, one big and two small. the small ones just pull apart (they look like the wire got fat) and the large one you have to release a tab while you pull.
