I need the top end torque specs for the 4 hex nuts and 2 allen bolts that hold the cylinder and head down and the specs for the valve cover bolts. I did a search, but I just thought they were different from what I found so I thought I would see if anyone knew for sure.

29ft-lb for the head studs.

The head cover bolts only need about 7ft-lb. Snug tight by hand is best on those. They can strip out very easy if overtightened. The big torque wrenches usually aren't accurate down in the 7ft-lb range.

Before installing of the cover head do a double check for all thread.
(Most of them are in the head and some is on the cylinder)
This Honda aluminum makes a lot of problems even if you work well.
Its strip out very easy.
I found that the best way to fix it is with some insert or “timesert”.
The hellicoil not stay for a long time over there.

The entire 6 head bolt is 29 lb-ft.
Start the Allen and than in cross pattern for the 4 other.

Tighten the head cover in crisscross pattern in 2 or 3 steps.
Starting from the center (above the camshaft)

All the bolt with a mark ^ near is 9 ft-lb (above camshaft)/
This bolt needs also a new washer.

The other bolt is 7 ft-lb

The oil pipe bolt (banjo) is 10 lb-ft
