Wheel Spacers?

I was just wondering if its ok to put wheel spacers on my 400ex because i have hardly any money left because i wanted to get an axle and stuff but my dad said maybe i should just got with the wheel spacers? Is there anything bad about them?

How big of jumps are you talkin? Cause i ride on the local track pretty much everyday, but the jumps arent to big!

Any gap over 5 feet. Wheel spacers are not the smartest modification to put on your wheeler.

your better off going with an offset rim, they hold up better to some of the jumps and still provide for a wider stance
