No it does not come with the filler can.

This is a steal the tank alone is $225 and the drybrake is $175

The dump can is another $300

Its a device you use to fill your tank,you can fill the tank in seconds with the dump tank,there is no cap its a spring loaded mechanism that you push down on it and it fills. All the Pros and serious racers use them for quick gas stops.
