lrd header pipe

I have an lrd full system on my 450r with the HRC kit installed from the dealer when i bought it i just put the full system on and the header is getting blueish :confused: is it my jetting it is getting really hoti have a 185 main jet and what ever else they set it at from the dealer. my plug looks good though

what kind of set up are you running

Mine looks the same way. I have a CHM exhaust with the hrc kit and I am running a 190 main jet. My one friend mixes a little race fuel with regular gas and his doesn't do it because with higher octane the gas burns at lower temp. I wouldn't worry about it!

ok a quick question does your machine kinda of stall when your at a certian position in your throttle it will kinda spit almost like a back fire its done it since day one I kow it s off topic but o well

all titanium pipes do that, and some times steel, i think it looks awesome

Sometimes it will stall but that's about it. Maybe you are a little lean on your jetting. Mine will stall sometimes when I am at idle and get ready to take off.
