Im about to get my HMF for my 400 and was wondering if this jetting will work because leesons motors says it will.

i run a 42, 170........but i still haven't got my air fuel mixture right

Using honda jets I had 40 pilot and 155 main. But I should have changed the pilot to a 42.

158-160 main, stock pilot at 3 turns out on air screw!

they are probly running dyno jets which have smaller numbers but with a different needle acually give more gas. dumb yes but thats the way they are

i have an hmf slip on with stock jetting and a kandn filter with the lid on and mine runs reat...no popping or anything...i like to keep it a lil lean but it runs awesome..i live in west tennessee area and it rips

That's what I run and I agree I should have went with a 42 pilot.;)

Sickmojave: I finally got my jetting right. I had to go from a 180 all the way down to a 160 and it is running good.

PS: Sickmojave did you have to rejet for your sparks advanced timing key?
