Does anyone know if the rear hubs off a 400ex will fit the 450r?

they are nearly identical in dimensions but look to be made by a different vendor, or they use an updated cast for the 450R, because there are slight differences.

Should I replace both hubs, or would it hurt to run one 450r hub and one 400ex hub? For some reason it seems like its cheaper to buy the 400ex hub.
