OK I have stock handlebars with Scott Grips on them. I put some spray paint on the bars so they would slide on and dry there. Since im not get handlebars in the near future i want to spary paint my bars. Are these grips on there for good? Or is there a technique to get them off?

Try sticking an airhose in the hole at the end, the air pressure might blow them loose. Haven't tried it, it is just a suggestion.

Try cutting a coat hanger and sliding it between the grip and handle bars spray wd-40 in the gap while working the hanger around the entire grip.

If all else fails cut them off and buy new grips.

well wat u should use it hairspray, spray it on the handlebarswhere the grips would be going and in the thr grips and when u want to change ur grips u jus rip out a hairdryer and that melts the glue. im not sure if the hairdryere will do nething to the srpay paint but with hairpray ive chenged 3 grips and worked fine

no, just pull up the grip a little and spray some wd-40 up in it, and twist then spray then twist, and it comes right off. ;)
