I am in the process of complete re-build of my 2001 400ex. I was just wondering if i need to have the swingarm bearings pressed in or if they are the kind i can change on my own. Same with the dogbone bearing and the shock mounts as well. If they are the kind i can change do i need to build a puller or something? Any advice would be great this is going to be a long project but i want to make headway each weekend. Thanks

Shock linkage bearing I suppose.
you will need to press them, DO NOT hammer them in...lol

yes i was refering to the shock lickage for the swingarm. so getting the bearings out ? just beat them out and then press the new ones in with a long bolt and a socket that fits it correctly? it seems easy enough?
