Sparks cam

I just bought a 405r and it came with a extra sparks cam. I have a friend with a 450r and we would like to install it. How much time and hard is it to install a cam in it??????????

its pretty easy and a 20 min job if you know what your doing, but since you dont id say 30-35, all you do is take the plastics and gastank off the bike then take the valve cover off and make sure your at tdc then take the old cam out but make sure to tie the timing chain to somthing so you dont loose it in the bottom end, i would recomend getting a manuel before attempting this though, btw nice avatar
