99 honda 400ex
Motor
10.5 to 1 weisco piston
makes it a 416
450r intake valves
3 angle valve job
crf timing chain
shortened pro circuit t-4 pipe
Chassis
fully gusseted
powdercoated silvervein
dg front bumper
aluminum air box (the kind that relocates the battery)
stock steering stem powdercoated silvervein
steal braided front break lines
nerfs (looking at getting pro pegs)
Suspension
tcs triple rate front shocks w/rezzies compression adj.
tcs dual rate rear shock
lonestar +2 +1 a-arms
lonestar +1 1\4 swingarm
aftermarket bearing carrier with grease zerk on the side new bearings
lonestar extended axle
Other stuff
i had all of the hubs powdercoated silvervein, have holeshots in front and in the rear both on douglas rims, new non o-ring chain, maier 250r hood, dirt bike kill switch for the starter gets rid of the big honkin stock starter button. pro design teather killswitch, all the bearings in the front end and swingarm changed when i did the rebuild. everything on the quad is no more than 5 hrs of ride time since rebuild i take really good care of this quad since it is all of my own money that i have put into it. i took my time on the rebuild so nothing was halfassed. dont have pics right now but i can try to get some soon will post when i get them. wanting something better in power can throw in some money if needed. or tell me what you will give me for it. please no stupid offers that is just a waste of time. any questions just ask me i will be happy to answer.
