Bought a new F-250 King Ranch Crew Cab 4x4 truck in Wichita, KS. I looked into flying out and driving it back, but I couldnt find any reasonable priced tickets. Now I am looking to driving out, rent a trailer (like an open UHAUL trailer) and hauling it back. The problem is that the truck is too heavy for the UHAUL trailers. Anyone know of any other one-way trailer rental ideas? Like I said it is in Wichita, KS and I would like to rent a trailer there and then return it around here (southern IL). Any ideas???

Yeah, not really looking to spend an arm and a leg though. I think I am just gonna go with a one way rental car. There is an Enterprise about 70 mi from here and one 5miles from the dealership in Wichita. Didnt really want to break the truck in down the interstate, but on well.

Maybe Greyhound busses or something? Or a train?

take a smaller truck to pull the trailer out then load it up when you get there and pull it back with your new truck.

You could also use a tow dolly.
