i bent my handle bars the other day when i fliped and i thought i fixed it when i bent it back well i never rreally noticed but when i turn left that shiny black piece is hitting my plastic and scratching it up pretty bad its like a half of a inch deep now what is this thing called i can not bend it i have tried me and a friend.. and we cant do it.. does anyone know what i am takling about? or kno what is called and how much is it? can it be fixed?
how much are seat covers?

The steering stem? does it looks like this but black?
Seat covers on average cost $50.

you mean that little piece that holds the wires on the left side of the bar clamp? if thats touching i think your stem is way bent. not exactly sure what your talking bout though. little more info would help :square

yeah that is what i am talking about the top part..
its like ever time i turn left it hits the plastic

yep that is what it looks like thanks man ..
but where do i find one is my mom going to flip when i find out the price or can i fixe my old one .. i cant tell a difference while dricing it .. it just rubs the plastic when i turn left

Well the one I have in the picture I posted earlier costs around $350 and $80 for the antivibe mount. But this isan extended steering stem since I'm tall.
You can get a stock one from Honda of Troy for $42.

You can get an aftermarket one between 200-350 or stock is like 50 bucks i think.

i am pretty sure that i will get a stock steering stem if i cant find someone to bend it back for me i done messed up the plastic by the gas cap so i been riding it .. it dont ride any different..
i can not believe one flip will fluck something up like that.. that sucks does anyone know how hard it is to install ?

if it isnt affecting how you steer, you should just shave it down and then no more scratches
