stock shocks question

i want to buy new PEP shocks for the front of my quad and the ones i want to buy are setup for long travel +3 a-arms,i was wondering if i had them setup right would they work on stock a-arms,thnx

Should work but they will be stiff.

You are way better off if the shocks are valved correctly. Even adjusting the shocks as much as possible, it still will not be correct. If you buy used, just send them in to be serviced and revalved.
