Hey guys,

I just ordered a new DG KROME for my 300EX. What are these pipes like for HP and noise. Thanks.

They are loud i rode my budys 300 with the krome pipe on and it seemed like it iddnt do much for it but i think it was all noise....."sorry just given my opinion here " lol:D

All they are is a big bunch of noise!!! I would cancel it and save more money is get something better. Not to put it down or anything but I'm pretty sure everyones gonna agree with me that DG is not that good!! If ya can, cancel it!!!!

Yeah I dislike those pipes too,,,, all they are is a cheap way to make your quad LOUD.

I know 4punksdad is gonna reply to this thread.

ahh crap,

I guess thats why it was on sale for half price. I have it ordered now unfortunatly. I guess I'll just have to wait to see when it gets here. I know there are a couple of guys around that have 300's so maybe if I don't like it I will sell it to them and get something else. Does it do anything for HP? Please say yes. :-)

i rode a 300 with a DG krome pipe, and it made a difference, but it was LOUD

i think dg should stick to making skids and not exhausts

hmm, i think i know the asnwer to this, since i have one myself. it is a very very loud pipe. and it does make a difference, trust me. you will definitly feel the differenc in low end. you will have to get a jet kit too or it will not run right. in my opinion it is a very good pipe:macho :cool:

Comparing it to other pipes, not really. You probably got a bigger gain with the jet kit than the pipe.

I have a dg on my 300.. and I hate it.. it does add a little power, but not much. The worst part about it is that it annoys the neighbors, my parents, and me...I'm investing in an HMF exaust soon.. I have the DG headpipe so I should be in good shape.. but I would do what someone else said..send it back.. or sell it.. and get something else..

Just my opinion.
