Pb Block Off and New Perch 300ex

If i get a new clutch perch, and a parking brake block off, how does the reverse work? and in the stock perch there is two wires that are in a plastic thing that sit in it, how do i get rid of this stuff?

The 300ex reverse works on a cable that ends up in the motor, there is a thing on ebay that you can use your foot to activate the cable, it mounts down by your shifter. The parking brake just take out the cable that runs to the back and put the new plate in on the caliper. the headlight plastic just take out 2 screws under the plastic caps, and pull, it clamp around the handle bars by the levers, so pull there too.
