this is my first atv so i am having trouble figuring a few things out. first i have to but new wheel bearings in and i was wondering do i have to take the axl complty out to do that out what. second how do you tighting up the chain. as you can tell there is a lot of work that has to be don to this atv. any help would be nice

yes the axle has to come out and you have to loosen the 2 bolts on the swingarm and talk a punch or rode or something and pull the carrier backto tighten.

the best advice i can give you is to purchase a good manual for the atv.

yes i would get a atv manual. it tells you every thing you need to know about anything.

yeah manual is a great idea pappy


what kind of quad is it, cuz different quads adjust different ways for the chain

on a lot of them there is 2 allen screw, loosen, pull back and tighten

and yeah take the axle out, lol

ok thanks guys i finaly had time to work on it this weekend and found out that it was not the bearings that where bad it was the front gear that was broke. so here is the thing what is the best company to go with for the front gear, or is there one.

for a front sproket, im not sure
