im looking to get like 3500 is that massively unreasonable? lol i see ones without any suspension selling for 2900-3000, i spent at least 1300+ in suspension alone, i wasnt even hoping to get half of that :) i was figureing 2900-3000 for the bike, and the extras have gotta get me another 500$.....at least i hope

yes to the 450... and i really didnt realize that i could get a 450 dont get me wrong i love the 400, and if it doesnt sell then i will race it, and do the motor, but i just figured get something already with a fast motor. opposed to mabey loosing relibility in 440ing it.

i for one agree with the price too. but u know i got works shocks and a similar setup as u do in the fron and i have motor work done and have been trying to sell it for almost a year at 3500-3800 and havent. its sad how people expect u to put money into things and then they just get to take itoff ur hands.

it is sad.... do you think i would be better putting it back to semi stock, as in no shocks axle, or arms, mabey even the pipe and sell it for 2700-2800

Its not sad...well it is...but you are trying to sell an outdated machine. Its all about supply and demand. Why should someone buy that when they cant get a enwer used 450r for a grand or less mroe???? When you mod a quad...you automatically lose half the value when it hitrs the quad..then with use your parts lose value. Id say sell it for 3000 with everything on it and it will sell. Not trying to sound sinical...jsut trying to help.

Hey how much for the shocks and what is it rated for pounds are they rezi just trying to help you get some cash, If you got it all hopped out you probably could sell the shocks are a arms as a set on ebay and get your cash man then sell the rest for what its worth If your into guns i would think about taking it off your hands for some cash and guns? got some small dirt bikes too one is built. Why you gettin a yfz???....ive ridden both....i own a 450r...and my friend owns a yfz....and if you havnt ridden one......then you better....cause other then the yfz having harder hitting midranges......its worse....totally uncomfortable...and isnt faster...with 18inch tires.......i am only 3mph slower then my firend on his yfz with 20 inch tires..and hes 65pds lightrer then me!!!....this was repeatedly tested on a flat hard packed dirt road.

i really liked how the yfz felt, and man it is quicker then a 400...it hits alot harder espacially the 2006 with the true 450 motor.

i would prolly want like 325-350 for the shocks and about the same for the a-arms... only if i decide not to keep it, and the shocks are setup for a 160lb intermidate mx rider on +2 arms

and 1shooter... i have alot of guns... and when you buy them they are registered in your name, so im not sure how you go about switching that... im really just looking for cash, oppose to some ar-15s to scare the neibors lol

i will trade my 400ex, and rm250 for a 450r, yfz, or a worked dale

i will also straight up trade my vinson - its prolly the sickest vinny built so i have been told, i have tons of pics, and would trade that for a 450r, or yfz I PREFUR A YFZ450.

do you have any recipts for the porting and shaved head? im just leary of a modded motor in a banshee because once you go beyond putting pipes on them they become more unreliable as i have seen first hand.

The head was shaved by my buddy who works at a machine shop.I only went 30000.The port job was a mild port job to clean up the flashing left from the casting of the jugs.I would not tamper with the integrity of my shee.I wanted it to be a consistent reliable screamer which in every aspect it has been.Never any problems even so much as a fouled plug.Never.Always cranks on the first kick.Banshee's get a bad rap because you get a dink owning one whos doesnt have any clue how to adjust carbs-ends up leaning the piss out of it ,beating the piss outta it and blowing it up then he blames the quad.I have 4 buddys with banshees and the only time they need a rebuild is if you want to freshen it up.My buddy with his 2000 is still on his original pistons and 1 set of new rings.If you take care of them,they will last.Its just like everything else,cars,bikes,sleds,etc.My banshee has been very well taken cared of.I like my stuff to last.
