300ex with raptor shock question?

is it realy as easy as people say it is just a straight bolt up. You just have to put washer spacers in for the mounting bolts. I need to know because I might be buying one this weekend. Is there anything else I should know before I buy this shock to do this mod?

Yep, its a straight bolt on. Just use some of the big zip ties to tie the rezzie to the subframe on the left hand side.

is that for front or rear? I want to put 400ex arms on my 300, and i belive you can use 400 or 450r shocks with a new shock mount kit on ebay. but what tie rods do u use any help would be great....

Do a search on the 400/300 a-arm swap, its a bad idea!

works great for me;) if u get the widening kit and shock relocator, it comes with tie-rods
