i was just wondering wat size bore should i put in my new ex i got the sparks 440 national kit already on my other 400ex. i wanted something like a 416 or 426 on this one which one do you guys recommmend. i already got a barnett clutch, hinson basket and cover, k&n filter and jet kit and a sparks x6 exhaust all still in box that still has to be put on. i also ordered houser +2 a-arms, lonestar rear axle and elka front shocks with comp. adjust. i jus dont know wat i should bore it to.

you would probably be just as happy with the 416, as you would with the 426. with the 426 i would get a new sleeve, and hd studs just to be safe. hd studs dont hurt on the 416 but not needed unless your compression is 10.8:1 or higher.

I agree , i think the 416 is the best. My friend has the 416 with JE 10:8:1 piston and it rips. The 416 is more reliable also.

y dont u want another 440

I have 300exrida's 416 motor. and it isnt fast enouf.

the reason i dun want the 440 kit because i wanted to try something diff. but from the looks of it im prolly gonna do the 440 again but i still want some more comments

get a 426 and atleast a 12.1 comp piston
