durablue posi-lock

I bought a posi-lock nut for my axle (the one where u tighten the little alan bolt to put tension on the threads)
it keeps coming loose. i dont know if maybe im tightening the whole bolt too tight against my carrier, or i just cant get the alan screw tight enough ?

anyone else have any experience with these things ?

I had it happen like twice on my axle-nut,,,I just dropped some loc-tite on the allen bolt and a little on the axle-nut threads and she's been fine ever since..
