stage 1 or 2?

should i get the stage 1 or 2? I race mx and some are tight tracks sometimes and also wide open ones which one would be right for me? i plan on doing a 416

i installed a stg 2 and full system lrd at the same time on the stock piston and it really woke my bike up.
