well its not completly final, but its pretty much 99.9% done
the games will start in october most likely

Last i heard it wasn't final yet ... the talks were going good , but the players have yet to vote on it . I just hope the players don't let management push them over .

i'm not even excited anymore. I used to love the NHL & play hockey myself but I won't be having anything to do with the sport anymore. :(

^^^ i hear ya . i was captain for my ice hockey team and had scouts looking at my at 14 yrs old. once the sport stoped on tv i stoped as well. it stinks that these players are like this. they were talking about replacement players as well.

I'll never stop appreciating hockey no matter what happens. I play for the good old U of Maryland Terps now, And played all through HS and MS. It such a great sport, ashame the rep it gets.

Awesome!, I had them last year, prob wont get a full season plan this year but will def. be going to a lot of games. Hopefully Roenick and Premieu and all those guys come out strong to start the season!!!! I get so pumped for hockey and football season. Cuz i mean the Phillies suck and the sixers.... well who cares about b-ball anyway.

Finally they came to an agreement it realy pissed me off last hockey season there was no pro games. I watched alot of the college games though
