Has anyone ever used one of these on their quad. Are they better than some other brands. I know they have extreamly good youth quad pipes.

I wish i would of got one for my 450r but I got a heck of a deal on a used sparks!!

they say that they are made for motocross mainly tho. I ride harescrambles.

I got it for my honda. I like it alot, it looks almost identical to the sparks pipe. (I was told that it has a slightly smaller diameter head pipe) I get alot of complements on how it sounds. Its kinda loud but a nice clean sound to it.

Two questions. Do you have a picture of your pipe. And in your opinion, what do you think it better, a yoshi or the hetricks

:eek: What size is that head pipe. Dont you have trouble with water and other things going down the pipe? Is that a 300ex

By looking at the header.. it's a midrange pipe. Great all-around bend.

Looks like a very very good pipe. Also appears modular so you can put a turn-down, spark arrestor, etc. on the end of it.

I would have no issues putting it on my quad.

Ive heard they are a very good race pipe but very loud. Ill try to get more info on spark arrestors.

I remember when I 1st signed up for the site here a few years ago,that pipe was Dabomb!:blah: I would like to try and new pipe ,but I need to know what the DB level is on it , I know for the WORCS series next year the DB level will be enforced to like a 94 DB. MY Yoshi has no problem with the DB, but would like to challenge another full system and something that sounds MEAN! :blah: :macho

VERY NICE PIPE!! its the pipe i reccommend over any other pipe out there.. rich hetrick was ATV engine builder of the year in 03 or 04 i forget which.. but he realllllly knows his stuff.. he built 2 of my motors.. and i love all of his work.. i had the hetrick full system on my 416 that rich built and now i switched to a YZ426 hybrid the only thing i regret is not keeping that pipe.. very good company and a very good pipe... just my 2 cents :D
