that's what i'm trying to find out. does a 440 je piston kit, resleeving, and a hotcam sound reasonable for 575.00????? i'm doing all the rebuild work myself, and i need some opinions.

Price it out.... You have 130 for the piston, 130 for the cam, 50 for the gaskets... so that's 310. I'm not sure what the sleeve is, but the sleeve and work is about 265... you also may want to get HD studs to keep the head on.

Wiseco did buy out JE pistons however JE is still making their own, Wiseco doesn't influence their product.

not really much difference besides that they both offer different comopression ratio's
