Just bought a Burgard Steering Stem for a 450R. They sent me one for a 400ex which works fine but it is almost impossible to turn when i ride cuz it's so stiff. Can i shave the bushing or something?

send it back and get the correct one

you could have over tightened the stem clamp. mine and several others work flawlessly.

if youre not wanting to return it, then use a washer as a "shim" under the clamp..
