450r w HMF

[BIGGIE]

I am running my 450 with a HMF slip on and air box lid on. I have read many posts to keep the jetting stock but I did and the bike pops constantly. Should I change the jetting? Should I adjust the fuel screw? I have also heard the valves needing adjusted could cause some of this popping, is that true? Any help would be great.

im running my 450r with a HMF with bumped jets one size up on both jets runs great

I had my lid on with my HMF slip on and you do need to rejet bigger. I put a 124 main in there and it ran fine after that

do the bigger jets then play with the fule screw

I am have a full HMF and i will keep my lid on. what size jet do you guys think i should get?

yeah i have a hmf slip on with tha lid off and it was jetted at 182 durin tha like speing didnt ride it gettin tha motor done to a 480 ported... need help with tha jetting for that help...
