Just give it time n keep practicing

When i first got my quad i wasnt good at pulling up in 2nd id ride like 30 feet n RPMs would get real high i couldnt shift

Now i can lift up in any gear or start in 1st n shift through 5th

ya you should be able to do a decent one if you pop the clutch

and 660r did you have a raptor at x mas when you was riding those wheelies cuz a raptor is pretty torqoy and can do wheelies easyly

Lol, that was my little bro's excuse. He weighs only 95 pounds at 14 years old, rides a shee. When I had my EX, I could pull wheelies all day into the night, trick wheelies nollies whatever. So one day he decided he was gonna try some wheelies. He complained that he didn't wiegh as much as I did... So I went for the money shot :D Sat up with my legs up over the bars and did a wheelie all the way across the field. Anyway, once I finally put up and taught him how to do it, he hit a car and broke his arm.

if your 100 lbs' its that much easier to do highchairs. Especially with a 400 you should be able to ride them all day.

Yeah, the thing is he had a 250EX when he broke it, and after he did he had mom buy him a shee and I went and traded my EX for an R. It was funny, cause he was 100 pounds with a broken clutch arm riding a banshee. He looked like a baby chicken the way his head jerked all the time.

Yeah... It was a nice car too, a slammed El Camino, custom paint, ect... He was just riding along in a wheelie and I wasn't looking, all of a sudden I hear "BAM!" and I look over and he's laying on the roof holding his arm. Didn't even cry, but when I asked if he could move it and he said no he goes "****. Guess I'l have to go to the doctor." I really wish I woudla had tape of all of it.

it all in practice just get out there and ride.start working out build your upper body so u can pull the front end up

07-25-2005, 11:12 AM
its all technique i think. before i couldnt even pop the front end up on my 400 with a knee on the seat and now im doin wheelies in 5th gear. when i do a wheelie i push the front end down then i pull back and give it gas seems to work for me.:ermm:

yeah i am having trouble doing wheelies without the clutch i think it will just take practice, plus my valves are seating right now and are still quite loose, i should gain some power after that. im also new to the 400ex and only weigh about 140

and guys if your going to mock him becuase he cant do it dont bother making the post it just makes you look like ***s when you do that
