which should i get?

I was thinking about getting a new quad sometime and was wondering what would be a good choice , I have narrowed it down to three either a trx250r , 400ex, or a ltz400 i want something that is reliable and fast, what do you guys think?

i personally am selling my blaster this weekend but i ride my friends predator all the time and ive rode my cousin's 400ex so i dont know i just want fast and reliable
