Dale Jr wins chicagoland race!!!

i don't know about anybody else, but being that i am a huge Dale Earnhardt Jr fan, i am pumped that he won the race today at chicagoland motor speedway. after Jr's 3rd place finish at Daytona last weekend, this win just adds to the building momentum of the entire DEI team. Jr clearly DIDN'T have the best car on the track at the end, but due to great pit strategy by crew cheif steve hmeil, Jr pulled out an exciting and adreniline pumping edge of your couch final few laps to claim the victory at chicagoland international speedway, a track that Jr is known to not finish well at. hopefully Jr's success and momentum will continue next week at New Hampshire Int'l speedway. any other Jr fans here that want to express their feelings towards the oncoming races to the chase? will Jr make the chase? express your feelings! i myself believe if Jr, and all of DEI continues bettering their cars, they will be up there ready for a chance to win the chase!

I thought it was luckiest B.S. i have ever seen , Kenseth clearly had the best car and jr. pulled that win out of his a*ss. You can probably tell that i don't like dale jr. I have always been a tony stewart and rusty wallace fan.

Its about time that team got it together!! Man that makes me happy!! I hate fords and Roush Racing so much Damn Glad they didnt win again. Hope this keeps up only 130 point or so out of the top 10 too!!

i used to be a big jr fan....but now i swear out of 200,000 fans at a nascar event you see 199,999 jr hats, shirts and other crap...its just plain disgusting anymore....i could not stand his father as a driver....liked him as a person. jr is without a doubt the biggest hiped up driver out there. nice guy but hes no superstar on the track. yep guess ya can tell ive switched gears eh?

well, i've been a Jr fan since he started racing Cup, and i'm not gonna stop now. he may be hiped up, but i still think that he is an extremely good talented driver!

man, ive been a kenseth fan scince he signed on with roush and i thought he had it today. if he would have taken 2 tires instead of 4, no one would have beat him outta the pits. even though, jr. is a good driver and it was about time for a win.

BTW, did anyone hear about mcmurray driving for roush in '07. might have been just a rumor but i heard it somewhere.

yeah, mcmurray is driving for Roush in 2007, and he already signed the contract. Roush is trying to get Mark Martin to drive for him again next year, which is why the contract starts 2007, though mark wants to retire this year.

I think everyone expects to much of Jr. cause his Dad was a great driver. I dont ever think he'll be as good as his Dad was. But as long as his lastname is Earnhardt I be a fan.

i was suprised when he did that i tottaly thought he would go to rustys car. and as for dale jr. i dont think is little spurt of fastness is gonna last...that crew chief sucks he just had a lucky decision....
