how much horse power does a stock 300ex have?

I think that I read that the 300 had like 45hp........................ LMAO just kidding but I do think that you are all a bit high I think I that atv action had it dynoed at arounf 13-14 rear wheele hp but it all dpends on were u measure the power. It also depends on if you have any mods. But I also dont trust mags anyways so im prolly wrong but ohh well

I read it had 16.9hp and the 250X had around 15 I believe.

the stock 250X has 17 hp and a 300 ex has bout 15 or 16 is what i read ...well the stock 87 250X has more compression and more hp .

According to ATVSPORT, they did a shoot of sport ATVs and the 300 EX has 13.9HP. I come from the snowmobile world and when I heard that my 300ex only had 13HP I was floored. knowing the my sled is pumping out 140HP.

what would it take in the way of mods to get around 30-35 hp out of a 300 and i'm counting the 330 kit with rev box pipe,filter,cam,rocker arm mod 20" tires 13 t front sprocket???

A stock 300EX on the dyno reads 18.5 hp at the rear wheels.

HAHA, supposedly 94 horses with NOS enguaged. Although, you could always TURBO-CHARGE a 400 and then put NOS on it. :blah

could you do this: turbo 770 raptor on nos with fuel injection?

you would need one big swingarm to handle that thing

recently there was a test in dirtwheels on a 770 raptor on nos, it sounded pretty sweet

Has anyone put a 310 kit in there 300EX or 250X?I was going to get a 330 kit but I heard they are unreliable and overheat a lot. Has anyone had any luck with a 310 kit??
