dude...the kid has a bill of sale from a dealership...i dont think it is stolen. im positive its not stolen!!!!

dude a bill of sale from a dealer means it wasnt stolen plus he wanted 2,500 a week ago for it

yeah a bill of sale is good enough to get a title.

But i don't blame him for wanting some extra info, i usually get phone number, name, address, and drivers license number

Ok look i have two bills of sales for two 400ex i still owe $10,000 so in theory i could sell the bikes with bills of sale then report them stolen and who would find them only problem is if someone does and if i they dont have my picture a name a drivers licence well heck i didnt sell the bikes guy that stole them must of that is my point a certificate of origin you get after you pay the bike off or the title.
