can i put maxxis razr 2 20X 11-9 on stock 400ex rims

stock is 20- 10-9. YES, it will work, my brother has 20- 11-9 on his 400 and it works fine.

yes you can the sidewalls will jsut stick out a little, no problem i have those tires as my back up ones, on stock rims, they work fine

They might rub against you exhaust a little when its compressed hard with the stock axle, not sure though just a heads up
