started off on a 1992 warrior. Had a slip on, the old school DG RCM pipe. Durablue axle and a bunch of other things. The engine ceased on me during a winter so i rebuilt it to a 446 cc. Bore and stroked. Then I got a 1995 yz 125 with lots of extras and then i bought the 400ex. then sold the warrior and 125 and now just have a 400ex.

Fixed it up the other day.. still runs with bent frame, bent subframe, bent racks, bent handlebars, bent steering stem, axle, rims.. etc worst shocks ever i rode it like a sport quad n jumped it so high

WOW everyone seems to of had a bayou 220 at some point lol including me it was a beast i had mud tires on it and had it baried in mud up to the handlebars serveral times and it still rand strong till the day i sold it.

Custom made pipe. The plastic are alittle ruff, but they are only put on for muddy races and trail riding. Most of the frame is all stock other than small fabing to frame for engine mounts.
stock a-arm, swingarm, frame, those are the stock plastics on front. What do you think? I built this when I was 18, now I'm 25 and it's been raced alot. Road racing(supermoto), MX, XC, grass drags, I hope to see what it will do at a 1/4 mile drag strip soon.
It's puts out about 60hp. Very linier power, it hits at about 2500 and pulls all the way to 7000. It's been very reliable for me the last 2 1/2 yrs. Took me a bit to find a base gasket that could hold up to almost 13:1 comp. FUN!!! Yet I still take it trail riding.
