tether kill switch

i was woundering since i dont have a key and if i bought a kill switch could i just hook it up to the key wires or not thanks in advance for any input.

yes you can just make sure u have a good ground

so are you saying that i can hook it to the key wires that i have hanging around? so i should hook up the the positive on the kill switch to the positive key wire and so forth. thanks
