JB racing reccomends using your stock lines w/ their +2 3/8 LT arms on the 450r, not that it has anything to do w/ this but they will fit, i know

they work fine, i have this setup on my 300 nno neeed for new brake lines

They'll work fine. You can use zip ties to make a temporary brake line clamp to attach them to the a arms since the burgards don't have any clamps.
