CRF450 Timing chain fit 450r?

My friend needs a new timing chain for his 450r. I know CRF450 chains are really cheap (30 bucks or something, right?), I just need to know whether it will work in a 450r like it does in a 400ex.

no a stock crf cam chain is 2 links smaller in length than trx stock cam chain. no fit.

well thats the one ole sparky gave me when i broke mine...and i think it was 27 bucks also..
