Trx90 Jetting Question

in got a 90 with a 106cc big bore ,bigger cam,and now a big gun exhaust.....i live in eastern ohio and i have no idea where to start at with this jetting..any help would be great....all,UNI filter also..

Thank's Charlie,we had it out yesterday and i think its alot closer than i expected...its just popping a little when it whinding down..
