will your kickstarter clear it??? What is that half circle on the uper left side?? And is that plexiglass ??

Yes, the kicker clears no problem. This is designed to be a bolt on replacement for the stock cover, no other mods required. The relief cut in the cover is for kicker clearance. The cover is made of Lexan.
