2003 400ex with tons of parts

My buddy has a 2003 400ex that he is wanting to sell. He is asking $4,000 for it. I t has been sitting in my basement for a few days now, it has a ton of aftermarket parts on it, he bought it for his wife but now they are getting a divorce. He needs to sell it quick before she gets it. Here is a list of parts that is on it:

1.White plastic with duncan graphics kit and seat cover.
2.Jansseen chrome steering stem +1
3.Frame has been powdercoated red and gussetted
4.Rpm axle and carrier
5.Tag bars with cycra bark busters and pro design kill switch
6.Duncan complete exhaust and K&N air filter
7.Nerf bars and roll design shifter and rpm front bumper
8.Swingarm skidplate
