HELP!!!, wp stabilizer install..

I have recent gotten A "WP Steering control" from a friend who has had it for a few years he is unsure as to how to mount it, And I am a bit confused he said it went from the frame to the "tie-rod" It is missing a bracket to mount it somewhere it has the bracket to mount it to the frame but then just a open hiem joint on the other end I counted 17clicks of adjustment on it. But I have no clue how to hook it up on a 450r... I checked the website and found no help, Hoping someone here has had experiance with this kinda stabilizer and maybe even a pic of how i can fab up a brakcet.. Any help is great...
