Hey, I have been working on a 250r project for a little while. I dont think I can finish it, and I would rather not have the worry of it, plus i have lots of other things going on,
I have lots of nice parts for sale,
Parts:
86 250R frame- I would rate this frame an 8 out of 10. The frame for sale has never had any cracks, it has had some welds in the front near the mounts to strengthen, they arent pretty but you wont be able to see it any way. I have spent lots of time sanding, priming, and painting this frame, it has a clear coat on top too, its a silver color, and up close there it looks real good. Make me an offer or send a pm for more info. This is a solid frame.no bends
Longtravel Houser +3+1 Arms- These are nice a arms. I would rate these a 7 or 8 out of 10. They perform and function just fine. The only flaws are the nicks in the powdercoat. They are still the Red houser color with the houser lable on the front.. These arms will include +3 Tierods in good condition and include the tierod ends. NOT DONE YET, THESE ARMS WILL INCLUDE BRAND NEW PIVOT BEARINS AND BUSHINGS FROM HOUSER. They cost 145 and are brand new, PLUS the bearins in them already are in good condition. Make me an offer on these, and pm for more info,
Hubs and spindles- These are in nice condition and the bearings are tight and good, they include all the bolts. Threads are perfect. Make me an offer, pm for more info.
Plastic and seat- This includes stock front and rear plastic, The seat, seat foam, seat pan, and the seat mount. The plastic is not in the best condition, there is one good size crack The seat and foam are in good shape. The seat cover has a couple holes nuthing to terrible, but could use a new one. Make offer.
Gas tank- This is going to include the petcock and mounts. It is in good working condition, but is alittle faded.
Airbox and lid- Once gain good working condition, just faded, The lid has holes cut into it to allow more air(common) Also I tried to sand it, but it didnt work all that well, so it is lightly scratched from that, but nuthing deep or noticable when on quad.
Front Break calipers- These are in good condition. They are powdercoated blue.
88 Rear grab bar- not the best condition but is in great working order, no bends.
Break pedel- good condition and powdercoated orange.
