Exhaust restrictor removed.

Still has stock intake restrictor, and adjustable thumb throttle restrictor.

Also comes with stock teather that you can pull to stop your kids.

Scratches on plastic but nothing major.

I'm in the Los Angeles area about 2 miles past Pomona.
