I was looking at getting a z250 for my wife. I was wondering how everyone liked these quads, and would like to see some pics of your quads. Thanks.

i havent heard much good or bad about them actually. they are a nice low maintenance design, with the shaft drive. should be easy to ride with the auto clutch, and the motor is nothing crazy, so there shouldn be any suprises to scare your wife

Go with the honda, 250EX. The Z is more money for not all that great differences.

my friend has one and i have a 250ex, i would say go for the ex, the z is more money, the ex's shifting is allot smoother, and the ex has an enclosed rear drive shaft (he has gotten hung up on some stuff), the reverse is allot easyer on the ex ( right on the handle bars, rather having to take your hand off the throttle and turn a knob), the shocks (even though ajustable) are very stiff, the 250's engine is longitudely monted so it doesn't lose any hourse power with the drive shaft

the only thing the z has going for it that the honda doesn't is that is has 20 more cc's and it looks like a z400
