Clutch install problems

I realize its a little late in the day. I am putting new stock clutch in and cannot get the pressure plate to seat right. I think the judder spring isn't compressing. I got everything lined up and torque the bolts to the correct setting. I adjusted the cable and when I pull it in there is nothing there. When I look at the pressure plate and seee the lifter piece, its seems to have a really big gap. ANd where do you find the "A" and "B" labelled on the discs. I found only one "A". New disc says "A1" and old says "A2"

There's only 1 way that the outer pressure plate will go on correctly and seat against the outer clutch fiber. Keep turning the outer pressure plate to different holes until in drops in.
