that looks good maybe if you felt like making more you could sell them for cheap and put designs and stuff on them

started out with a block of T-6 alum, and yes we machined it the "old fashion way" but measuring everything with extreme acurracy and precision. (lathe, drill press, bandsaw) im not to kean on desgining a CNC programs........
I put around on my dads bridgport mill. he has this thing that tells you where you are. it is a box with numbers. and as you move back and forth the numbers change. it is way easer than trying to read the guages. I made stuff all the time. takes me forever tho. I bet i could make a pb blockoff if I put my mind to it. all except that groove. becuase I dont know how to use the lathe.

You can do that o-ring groove on a mill very easily. ;) I'm sure he did.
only if you have a turn table or somthing. or a computer system that does it.

i did mine manually also, but im wondering what you used a lathe for. i just took a block of aluminum and milled it out after laying it out. i did use the cnc mill to put my design in the middle....i would get a pic up but my fourwheeler is apart right now and i dotn wanna go out and look for it. it looks identical to the lonestar plate.
